joining our yearly service plan, we provide customer with Unlimited Help
Desk IT support during business hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday except
holiday) or upgrade to after business hour support up to 11pm, 365 days
per year at a low service fee cost. Whether its 10am before restaurant
open or and you need to help with a printing report at store closing. You
are covered, at the same low yearly service fee cost.
So how does our POS Help Desk Support work?
When issues arise, you or your staff simply call, sms, app chat, or send an email to our support desk. Our expert staff will answer the call and securely access your systems providing instant support just as if we are there in person.
Need somebody onsite? Don’t worry. We can provide onsite service within our business hour. If emergency onsite requested after business hour, we can arrange it and extra cost will be applied.
